They are a partnered wholesale supplier who has investment millions in their own broadband network which bypasses large parts of BT Wholesale. The result is lower cost broadband and bandwidth which can be passed to you in the form of an unmetered service. Note all C&W connections are subject to a charge of £29.00 plus VAT when ceasing the broadband service.

Will My Phone Line Change?

It's a common misconception that when you by-pass the BT network that the phone line must also change. It doesn't. The phone line can remain with your current provider and the broadband is supplied through it in exactly the same way all our other packages work.
