High Speed Connections

Using the very latest technologies, combined with our partnership with Cable & Wireless, we are able to provide you with the next generation of broadband products today. Speeds of upto 24Mbps can be achieved as long as your exchange has been activated for such technologies.

Contract Options

OPTION 1: Benefit from the flexibility of a one month contract term, but you have to pay the activation / migration charges of £40+VAT.

OPTION 2: Don't pay any migration or activation costs with a 12 month contract.

Unmetered Connections

This product is truly unlimited with no fair usage policies, traffic shaping or port blocking. The agreements we have in place ensure that this will remain the case for the foreseeable future.

Email Facilities

As standard you can setup upto 5 POP3 @icuknet.co.uk email addresses. These are supplied with virus and spam filtering as standard. Mail can be downloaded to a mail client or it can be read online via one of our webmail clients.

UK Technical Support

All our support is housed internally based in Surrey. There are no "press 2 for.." options to work your way through, you will be straight through to a fully trained member of staff within seconds of calling. Email support is also provided with most emails gaining a response within 30 minutes regardless of the question.

Telecom Solutions

We can also deliver line rental and phone call packages. The lines we supplied are BT based and supported by Openreach. These solutions can not only save you money compared to BT Retail, we can provide you with greater levels of flexibility backed up with our industry leading support levels.
