POP3 Mailboxes & IMAP
A POP3 mailbox is essentially a password protected area where mail is stored until you are ready to read it using a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. You can create a mailbox for each person or department in your organisation. There are no restrictions on the number of mailboxes you can create, although you can place restrictions on the number of mailboxes your clients can create through their control panels.

Auto-Responders
Auto-responders reply to incoming email instantly and automatically. You can set and change the text of the reply and the trigger address whenever you like. Auto-responders are ideal for customer service or informing people when you are away.

Multi-Recipient Addresses
A multi-recipient address enables a single email message to be delivered to multiple POP3 mailboxes or external email addresses within in your organisation. MRAs are ideal for distributing staff bulletins and memos quickly and efficiently.

Unlimited Email Addresses
Configure as many email addresses at your domain name(s) as required. Mail to any address can be sent either to a POP3 mailbox on our server or forwarded to an existing email address elsewhere. Mail sent to an address for which you have not configured a specific destination can be sent to a default location.

FrontPage 2000 Extensions
Install Microsoft FrontPage 2000 extensions on any account, at no additional cost, allowing you to use Microsoft's popular and easy to use web authoring packages.

Password Protected Folders
For each account you can setup as many password protected folders as required. This allows you to store data and restricting access to only those who should be able to see it.

Error Logs
View a log of any errors generated by your website or scripts. This is ideal for spotting problems before your customers do.

LAMP
Access to all major LAMP technologies, including up to MySQL 5 databases, and the use of the PHP, Perl, Python and Ruby languages.

Secure Shell Access (SSH)
Access your server through Secure Shell providing the ability to administer both the account content and any MySQL databases via the command line.

Graphical Website Statistics
View both real-time and historical information about the visitors to your web site. You can both view detailed graphical statistics through our control panel. These are provided as a free option on all accounts.

Raw Log Files
Allow customers to download their own raw log files via ftp for free. This can prove of high value to customers who want to know more about their visitors than provided in the graphics statistics section. There are no extra costs associated to our logs.

Custom Error Pages
When a request is made for a file on your site that is no longer available visitors will be displayed with a standard uninformative page. The customer error pages allow you to present something more informative and in the style of your website allowing you to increase the chances of retention to your site.

Shared SSL
Purchase an SSL certificate and use this domain to offer shared SSL to your clients. You are free to install an unlimited number of SSL certificates and additional IPs are available for your use.

High speed quality memory is used in all our servers to ensure even the most demanding applications don't run short of memory.

Instant Hardware Replacement
In the unlikely event of a hardware failure we have ready on standby a number of servers for an instant swap as stipulated in our market leading SLA. All replacement servers are pre configured and powered up to minimise any downtime.

Data Backup
This server isn't equipped with RAID and customers may like to take advantage of our off-server nightly backup service. Full details are available here.

100% Network Uptime Guaranteed
Our data centres are serviced by fibre from multiple telecoms providers and all network equipment is duplicated, enabling us to guarantee and achieve 100% uptime as part of our service level agreement.

2 IP Addresses
2 Unique IP addresses will be assigned to your server. You will have full control over reverse DNS names for your IPs. Each address has the ability to cater for an unlimited number of domains, although additional IPs are available on request as long as they comply with the IP issuing authorities guidelines.

Cisco Firewall
All content to and from your servers is filtered by redundant Cisco hardware. This reduces the risk of malicious attack and keep your data transfer usage to a minimum.

UK Data Centers
All our servers and support staff are based in the UK. We operate and place our servers outside of high risked capital locations, whilst connected to Tier 1 high speed networks, ensuring your web sites are always made available to service sensitive clients.
