POP3 Mailboxes
A POP3 mailbox is essentially a password protected area where mail is stored until you are ready to read it using a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. You can create a mailbox for each person or department in your organisation. There are no restrictions on the number of mailboxes you can create, although you can place restrictions on the number of mailboxes your clients can create through their control panels.

Auto-Responders
Auto-responders reply to incoming email instantly and automatically. You can set and change the text of the reply and the trigger address whenever you like. Auto-responders are ideal for customer service or informing people when you are away.

Multi-Recipient Addresses
A multi-recipient address enables a single email message to be delivered to multiple POP3 mailboxes or external email addresses within in your organisation. MRAs are ideal for distributing staff bulletins and memos quickly and efficiently.

Unlimited Email Addresses
Configure as many email addresses at your domain name(s) as required. Mail to any address can be sent either to a POP3 mailbox on our server or forwarded to an existing email address elsewhere. Mail sent to an address for which you have not configured a specific destination can be sent to a default location.

FrontPage 2002 Extensions
FrontPage 2002 extensions are installed on our web servers. This allows you to take advantage of the dynamic features and publication wizard in Microsoft's web page authoring software.

CGI Scripting In Perl
CGI scripts are small programs that run on the server to add interactivity to your site, Our servers run the lastest version of Active Perl allowing you to install and develop your own Perl CGI scripts.

Microsoft Access Databases
Microsoft Access databases can be uploaded to your web space for use with your ASP applications.

MySQL Databases
mySQL is a powerful database engine designed to provide fast access to stored data. Create and manage an unlimited number of databases for your own use or to resell to your clients. This can be done easily via your Administrator and Client control panels.

SQL Databases
For more demanding applications, a MS SQL server 2000 database provides fast, powerful access to stored data. Developer edition is included as standard, with upgrade paths to standard edition available.

Remote Desktop
We can provide full administrator access to your server via remote desktop. You are free to install additional components or customerise the setup.

Graphical Website Statistics
View both real-time and historical information about the visitors to your web site. You can both view detailed graphical statistics through our control panel. These are provided as a free option on all accounts.

Raw Log Files
Allow customers to download their own raw log files via ftp for free. This can prove of high value to customers who want to know more about their visitors than provided in the graphics statistics section. There are no extra costs associated to our logs.

SSL 128 Bit security
Purchase an SSL certificate and use this domain to offer shared SSL to your clients. You are free to install an unlimited number of SSL certificates and additional IPs are available for your use.

2 IP Addresses
2 Unique IP addresses will be assigned to your server. You will have full control over reverse DNS names for your IPs. Each address has the ability to cater for an unlimited number of domains, although additional IPs are available on request as long as they comply with the IP issuing authorities guidelines.

Cisco Firewall
All content to and from your servers is filtered by redundant Cisco hardware. This reduces the risk of malicious attack and keep your data transfer usage to a minimum.
