Co-Location Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Unlike some providers that won't commit themselves to service agreements with co-located equipment we will make the following guarantees to customers.
Guaranteed 100% Network Uptime
We can actually guarantee 100% uptime thanks to our own
redundant network to ensure there is never a glitch. We are able to achieve this thanks to the multiple feeds, peers and routers that we have in place.
Guaranteed 100% Power Uptime
We have invested heavily in power redundancy in our data centre. The data centre has its own sub-station, multiple generators, and each rack it's own UPS for very smooth transitions between power feeds.
Instant Reboot
We do not apply any restrictions as to when and how many times you reboot your
server. There are no additional charges. Requests need to be made via email or phone with exact instructions on which piece of equipment to restart. Alternatively we can rent access to APC units providing you with instant power rebooting facilities.
Price Freeze
The prices listed on our site may change over time, although we guarantee to
maintain the same price you paid upon signing up even if the costs to new
customers increase.
Bandwidth Guarantee
Not only will we maintain sufficient uncontended network bandwidth to service
all our customers at full capacity, we will ensure that we are still able
to do so even if one of our Internet connections fails.
NOTE: This SLA applies to co-location
only. Our dedicated server service level agreements go further owing to the fact that we supply and carry parts for the machines we supply. |
