Advanced Dedicated Server |
This is our second level dedicated server which sees memory double from our base machine, and the inclusion of a faster processor and RAID hard drives. The RAID hard drives operate with RAID-1 by default ensuring you have a mirror copy of your data for better redundancy should one disk fail. This isn't however a substitute for off-site backups however.

Advanced Server Specification
All our dedicated servers are fitted with the latest specification of parts available to us. We don't compromise on quality, so all the parts used are from brands you will recognise and trust. Should a standard server fail to meet your requirements we can customise them to make sure it does. These changes can often be one-off charges without affecting the standard subscription.

RAID Hard Drives
By default our Advanced dedicated server comes with software RAID-1. This essentially means your server is supplied with two identical physical hard drives, which are mirror images of one another. In the event of hardware failure of one, the other will be immediately available with the same content to take over the role. |

Super Fast and Unmetered Connection
All our servers are connected to our gigabit network and each have access to 100Mbit ports with unmetered data transfer allowances. This is only possible owing to the size of our network designed to cope with the most demanding of users. Read our data centre overview for more information. |

ICUK Control Panels (FREE OPTION)
All our Windows and Linux servers can be supplied with our very own control panel. The control panel communicates with your server to setup accounts, map domains, as well as hundreds of other commands and features. This ensures you don't need to be an expert to use our dedicated servers. |

Full Root Access
For Windows users you have full administrator Remote Desktop rights, and Linux machines full root SSH access, allowing
you to control the machine and install and configure all aspects of the server.
Alternatively you can use our control panels to setup and configure accounts without any previous experience needed! |

UK Technical Support
All our support is housed internally based in Surrey. There are no "press 2 for.." options
to work your way through, you will be straight through to a fully trained member of staff within seconds of calling.
Email support is also provided with most emails gaining a response within 20 minutes regardless of the question. |

Unlike some of our competitors we don't charge setup fees, even if you do purchase our machines on a monthly contract. There are further savings to be made if you pay on a quarterly or annual subscription basis. Should you need to purchase any additional hardware to bolt onto your servers these are supplied as one-off charges without affecting your subscription fee. |
