Live Service Status
ICUK believes in a policy of honesty
with all our resellers. Included in your control
panel, and that of your clients, is a live status
feed showing all aspects of our service. Notifications
of maintainence, or any known issues will be displayed
to you in real-time along with notes from our engineers
on the situation and estimated resolution times.
Changes in status, day or night, will be notified
to all engineers via email and SMS for an immediate
response.
