All our prices are show INCLUSIVE OF VAT, and our mimimum contract length is 1 month. Once you have decided on the monthly usage cap, you can then choose which speed you wish to be connected at. There are no additional charges if you choose a upto 8MB ADSL MAX package as opposed to a Business 1MB, or a Business 2MB as opposed to a 512k connection.

	Connection Speed All our ADSL connections are charged the same regardless of the speed required. You simply pay more for the data transfer quota you choose. Thus a 1MB connection is charged in the same manner as a ADSL Max upto 8MB connection is. Each has its own merits and unlike the majority of our competitors, rather offer you the choice.

	Monthly Usage Quota If you are a light user (eg unlikely to download any large movies) then then 2GB or 5GB options are likely to suit your needs. For those whose download requirements are higher, the 20GB and 50GB options are more appropriate. We don't offer "unmetered" connections as often the terms & conditions tell a different story. Instead we prefer to clearly state what our connections provide you access to.

	1 Month Contract Length Unlike most ISPs who will tie you to a 12 or even 18 month contract we only apply a 1 month contract length. No hidden clauses, and no hidden costs.



	5 Free Email Addresses These can be created and managed online via your control panel. They will be in the form of @icuknet.co.uk and include free virus and anti-spam checking, not to mention our powerful webmail for access around the world. We do recommend that customers consider our Email Only hosting plans which allow you to have your own domain name and allows you to keep an email address for life regardless of who your ISP is.

	Control Panel Our control panels have been designed and developed in-house to cater for our customers changing needs. Although not as advanced as our reseller platform they do provide you with a wealth of information about your account with us. Not only can you access and run simple diagnostics, but you can update contact and billing information, download invoices, and even manage multiple other services from us including hosting and telecom services.

	Monitor Your Usage Our control panels provide you with the functionality to access daily, weekly and predicted monthly usage figures for your connection with us. This can be used as a way of making sure there isn't any erroneous data going through connection (eg a virus), and peace of mind that you are on the right plan type. If you are predicted to exceed your limits notification is sent via email before you reach that point, thus there won't be any unexpected invoices at the end of the month, and all part of our policy of being as honest and open about our service to you.

	Static & Routed IP Addresses A static IP address makes it easier to host a mail server or offer other services on the Internet. If you operate with a mobile workforce then the allocation of a fixed IP address makes it a simple task to set up a VPN for your staff to access your network remotely. Our control panels provide our clients with a really easy way of adding or removing IP addresses from their connection in real-time without the need to send support requests or lead times for its addition.

	Radius Logs Our radius logs are supplied in real-tim showing you each and every authentication attempt on your connection.

	Session History Similar to the radius logs however they can show the length of connections and the reasons for disconnection (eg customer request, or potential issues with the connection).
