With each broadband plan you buy from us we offer you a free control panel. Our latest version not only allows you to manage your broadband account, but now allows you to take charge of your invoices, renewals and even new account creation. In effect our control panel is a one-stop solution to manage an unlimited number of accounts with ICUK with a single login.

	Manage Accounts The accounts page allows you to see a complete list of all accounts with ICUK. This includes all Hosting and xDSL related products purchased from us.

	Edit Accounts You have full control over your broadband accounts with us via your control panel. There is no need to have separate control panels for each account. Our edit features vary depending on the platform chosen, but a selection include: Current connection status (eg is your connection in use) View Connection Attempts (Radius Logs) Assign / Remove Static IP Session History Change Passwords View Data Usage View Order History (showing you BT's own order notes) Create & Manage @icuknet.co.uk Email Addresses

	Create Accounts Should you require additional ICUK accounts you can very easily create them through this panel without going through the signup pages on our website again. New accounts are setup instantly for you, and include all of ICUK's services from shared hosting, right through to ADSL and Dedicated Servers.

	Add / Register Domains Our latest control panel allows you to add additional domains to any hosting accounts you may have with us. These may include existing domains you wish to transfer to ICUK, or new domains you wish to secure for future use.

	Domain Management Beside each domain on the domains list page is a link labelled 'manage' that allows resellers access to advanced features assuming the domain is held under our direct control. These advanced features include: - Update Whois Information - Lock / Unlock Domains - Issue Domain Authorisation Codes - Update IPS Tags - Update Name Servers - Initiate Domain Transfer The features available depend on the domain extension, but all features are fully automated and place you in full control of your domains without the need to request our assistance.

	Access Invoices and Update Personal Details Our control panels allow you to view all data that we hold on file about yourself. You can update and amend this at anytime to inform us of any contact or billing changes. Invoices are available online ready to be printed if necessary. Outstanding invoices can be paid online using a credit or debit card.

	Help Files To help you as much as possible we have provided a wide range of help files containing a lot of the basic information your may need to get started. This is your first stop for problem solving, however, should the files not provide the information your require we are available via email and phone, or simply completing an online support form. Live Service Status Access in real-time a live status on our servers. If there are any known issues they will be displayed on this page along with any comments our engineers feel are relavent. Estimated resolutions times will also be displayed should an immediate fix not be possible. Be rest assured that ICUK staff are alerted around the clock should any problem arise.
Our control panels are the result of thousands of hours worth of development time. They have been designed and developed enitrely inhouse by our own staff.
