White Label Client Control Panel

 

Our reseller control panel now features two types of customer control panel interfaces. One whereby the customer can login to a control panel dedicated to the service they have purchased (eg hosting or broadband). It won't display anything else to them other than for that one package. The other is our very latest, and highly powerful, advanced control panel. This allows a reseller to map several hosting, Internet and telecom services to one customer. The customer can manage all of these through the one interface.

HTML Templates

Unlike some reseller platforms that provide very little in the way of customisation and branding, we have made sure that the control panels you provide your clients can match your website and company branding. In order to achieve this we use a HTML template. The template allows you to include your own code to shape the look and feel of the panel. You can include your own images and styles, and depending on how creative you are, you can produce a template which ensures that when clients leave your website and enter in the control panel the look and feel are continued throughout.

Hosting

Our advanced client control panel allows your clients to view and interact with multiple hosting accounts through this single interface. These hosting accounts can either be held on the shared Windows or Linux platforms, or they may even be accounts on a dedicated server enabled with our unique control panel interface.

To demonstrate what we mean click on the first screen shot below. This shows a situation where a client has access to two accounts on the shared platform (Windows and Linux) and one Linux account on a dedicated server. All of which can be viewed and edited through this panel!

DNS
The accounts list shows all Windows, Linux and broadband accounts that may be assigned to this client Clients and view and interact with a large number of facilities associated to a Linux hosting account including email, scripting, statistics and passwords. Clients and view and interact with a large number of facilities associated to a Windows hosting account including email, scripting, statistics and passwords. Clients can view all existing DNS records and amend them if required.
 

Broadband

Our control panels have been designed to allow your clients to view and interact with multiple broadband connections. This allows them to have visibility of the service and see information relating to it. For sure lots of clients won't be too interested in this, but there are a growing number of business owners and individuals that will.

Logs

Two types of logs are available; Radius logs show any connection attempts made to the service. These show if the connection attempt was accepted, or if it failed because of a wrong password, as an example. The second solution is our session logs which show how long a connection has been established, the data transferred within that session (updated every 30 minutes) and the cause of any disconnections.

Statistics

Data transfer usage is important especially when a customer is using a capped product. Through the control panel they can see usage data summarised on a monthly, daily and hourly basis.

Our radius logs show every connection attempt made by the router. Session logs show how long a connection has been in session and the data they have consumed.

On a month by month basis we provide a summary of the data transfer consumed. Each day of the calendar month is represented. If you click on a specific date from the daily statistics page, you can see on an hour by hour basis which are the busiest period.    
 

Telecoms

Our telecom control panel facilities ensure that both you and your clients can operate in a paperless manner. This helps ensure that costs remain low and to help the environment. We also recognise that online billing can be far more powerful that a paper based solution; All phone calls are full itemised (not just a summary), but what's more is that we update them every 24 hours. This can be helpful for to both residential and business clients who try to keep a track on cost.

Understanding Your Phone Bill

To help you understand your calls we have two powerful solutions available at no additional cost. The first is our graphical call statics summarising your calls on a month by month basis. Since implementation several clients have been able to immediately spot areas where costs can be reduced, as well as abuse (eg calls to premium rate numbers). The second solution is an interrogation tool which can pull together specific from months of phone bills in seconds. Achieving the same using paper bills could take hours if not days!

Lastly, to ensure transparency in the prices you charge your clients, the control panel will display the line rental and call tariffs you have assigned the customer. Not only does this allow the customer to seek easy confirmation, it helps ensure that rogue resellers aren't given the chance to advertise one price and charge another.

Line Rental Tariff
Every call made from the line is itemised and accessible through the panel. These are updated every 24 hours allowing clients to track their expenditure. To better understand what calls are made and the associated call costs we provider graphical statistics which can be easily generated for any one month. Our powerful call interrogation software allows clients to extract very specific information from months of phone calls within seconds. To ensure that there is transparency between what a reseller advertises and charges a client, the panel allows the client to see the charges you have associated to them.
 

Outbound SMS Facilities

The outbound SMS facilities allow clients to send individual or bulk messages to friends of colleagues. Popular applications for this service relate to reminders (eg your dentist appointment is confirmed as 10th March at 16:00), or direct marketing (eg please visit our website to view our latest sales discounts). Clients can fully manage their SMS facilities through this control panel without the need to rely on your input.

The SMS facilities are controlled using credits - a client cannot send more messages than they have purchased credits which are assigned by the reseller. The credits history page confirms when credits have been applied.

Clients can setup multiple phone books allowing you to split different colleagues and friends. This screen shot shows how you can add either an individual contact to your phone book, or you can upload in bulk via a CSV file. You can add multiple originators which can either be keywords (eg Dentist) or a phone number All messages sent out are logged. Through this page you can check on the delivery status.

A view of all the credits that have been assigned by the reseller to this client for sending. Use this screen to send an SMS message. You can select who it appears from, to whom the recipients should be, and when to send it.

Our fax platform is capable of sending and receiving faxes. The client can use this control panel to specify who can receive and send messages.

A list of receipients that should receive emails when a fax is received. The fax is attached to the email as a PDF file. In order to send a fax you must first of all authorise an email address. Once authorised you need to assign credits to them. They're not able to send more faxes / pages than they have purchased credits for.    
 

General Facilities

There are a few nice features your clients can use in addition to managing any accounts they have purchased from you. For example, they can update their contact and billing details. These are purely for your reference and will have a bigger role to play in future releases of the control panel.

Our service status is the same that you can access as a reseller through your control panel. It shows a simplified version of our services. Any known or planned outages are detailed in a generic fashion.

Help & Support

The help files shown to a customer are applicable to the services they have been assigned. If they only have a Linux hosting plan then telecom files wouldn't be shown, for example. They have been designed to be as simple and easy to understand as possible and should help cut a lot of basic questions that customers may need the answer to. Should they need to ask a question they can of course email you, or they can use the support request form. Any queries are sent to you as an email.
