" Signed up and now working fine after some teething problems. Many thanks going to the ICUK team who not only called me the first night and again the following morning, to try and sort out the problems I was experiencing in connecting properly, but who also reponded quickly and efficiently to email.

Further problem solving was done pleasantly by phone. Exemplary service, thank you!

Recent Issues
16/03/2010 22:20:00

Our monitoring systems have detected an issue affecting peering sessions on the LINX foundry network, these sessions are bouncing, which is affecting traffic via LINX peering at the moment. We have raised this issue to LINX to investigate.

UPDATE: 02:30

LINX have resolved the issue affecting the LINX foundry network, the majority of the peering sessions were restored just before 02.00. However they are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue and will be monitoring the network closely for the next few hours.
