1. Reseller Subscription
Choose either our monthly, quarterly or annual subscription charge. This allows you access to the reseller
platform which includes wholesale broadband, access to wholesale CPS pricing (for phone calls), wholesale line rental pricing and facilities, telecom tariff and customer management tools, as well as our SMS and Fax solutions.

2. Selling Phone Calls and Lines
As a telecom reseller you are effectively operating as your own telco. We are providing you with the facilities and tools to see orders through start to finish whether this be switching phone calls from another carrier, transferring phone lines, or arranging the installation of new lines from scratch. The control panel is fully automated and presents you with the information you need to know need to know.
Telecoms can be a mind field of jargon and complicated procedures which have been built up over time. We have tried as hard as we can to simplify the processed and procedures you need to follow to complete and support your customers. This has only been possible due to the fact we have designed and developed it entirely in-house.
You have complete visibility of your costs, and are able to decide the prices you set your customers. We're not here to dictate how you set your pricing, instead we would prefer you to use your instinct and provide customised solutions to meet your customers needs. |

3. Tariff Management
Included within the telecom reseller is a tariff management platform. What this allows you to do is:
- View wholesale costs for each destination
- Set rates you want to charge on a per destination basis and on the time of day
- Provide itemised billing that both you and your customers can see online
- Itemised billing will be generated in accordance with the rates you set
- Generate graphical statistics
- Allow customers access to powerful interrogation solutions for extracting information

4. Profit Split (CPS CALLS ONLY)
We are providing you access to our own wholesale rates for CPS calls, alongside a powerful billing and tariff management platform. This immediately allows you to compete with the very largest companies based on price without compromising on the quality of the calls (afterall we only use Tier 1 carriers), and without large overheads for billing platforms (which can easily cost in the region of £300-500 per month).
We will invoice you for 20% of the PROFITS you make from your calls. This solution doesn't encroach on your ability to compete on price. It ensures that your success using our platform can also be our success and as such you will continue to receive our full commitment to supporting your business and clients.

5. Billing & Supporting Customers
At the end of the month the statements section of the control panel will confirm to you what you need to invoice your clients for. Our online control panels present your clients with instant access to itemised calls without the need for unnecessary, environmentally unfriendly and expensive printing each month. Instead it should be as simple as raising an invoice for the amounts listed within the 'Statements' section of your control panel.
The reseller is responsible for collecting payments, and any associated debt.
Your customers will contact you as a first line of support. It is your responsibility to provide this to them. Should they have questions you are unable to answer, or faults that require escalation, you can call or email us. All our support is housed in house within the UK. Calls are answered in seconds and emails within minutes. |

Wholesale Phone Calls (CPS)
In July 2002, the UK Government launched a further stage in the deregulation of
the UK telecommunications industry by introducing a new phone service called Carrier
Pre-Selection (CPS). The deregulation meant that providers such as ICUK could supply
the same services as BT without the loss of service or having to change phone numbers.
Using our service calls can be made in the same way you always have done. There is no
need to install any new equipment, or dial any prefix numbers. |

Tier 1 Carriers
Quality is key. We will not compromise on the quality of our service, as such we will only use Tier 1 carriers to route our calls throughout the world. This should provide you with confidence with the product you are reselling. Switching phone calls from established companies, such as BT, needn't impact on your customers other than savings. |

No Minimum Call Charges
We don't impose minimum call costs or call connection charges. Instead our pricing model is very simple and clear; You only pay for the time you are on a phone call. If this last a matter of seconds, then you are only billed for a couple of seconds. This principle will immediately differentiate yourself from more established competitors and will save your customers money instantly. |

Useful Facilities
We have placed a lot of development emphasis on our telecom billing platform to ensure that your customers can interact with your services in a paperless environment. All itemised billing is provided online, and updated every 24 hours (ie by 11am they can see the calls from the previous day). To make sense of the itemised calls we provide graphical statistics to help show how their organisation uses their phones and what their costs are made up of (eg calling UK mobiles is the highest proportion of the bill). In addition we have provided a powerful interrogation solution allowing you to extract information quickly and easily from months of itemised calls. |

Invoice & Own Your Own Clients
Unlike other reseller platforms that may pass commissions for the introduction of a new customer, our terms state that
the contract is between you and your customer. It is your responsibility to invoice and collect payments from your customers
directly. Our panels will clearly show the amount you need to invoice your clients on a month-by-month basis, and the
invoice sent needn't be anything other than stating the total cost of the calls. All itemised calls can be supplied to
the customer in paperless form via their own client control panel. |

Wholesale Pricing
The rates provided to you as a reseller are the same rates we purchase from our carriers! This immediately gives small
telecom companies the ability to compete with the very largest on price thanks to the economies of scale our combined
resellers represent. We don't add our own margins on top, and any reductions are immediately fed through for your benefit.
How do we make money from this platform? Obviously we can't provide a telecom and billing engine for only £20 per
month. Instead we have a unique system of invoicing you for 20% of the profits you make from the CPS calls. This way your competitiveness isn't
compromised, and it helps ensure we are committed to continually supporting and developing the platform. Your success
will be our success.

Transfer Existing Phone Lines
There are two types of transfer methods. We can either complete a like-for-like transfer where the number
and all associated line features are switched to our control. There is no disruption or hassle caused to
the customer. The alternative is to transfer the line with changes, either adding / removing features (eg
call diversion), or converting it from one line type to another (eg PSTN to ISDN2). We have a wealth of
experience with line rental provisioning and transfers ensuring that whatever the clients needs we will be
able advise and deliver the best solution for them. |

Install New Phone Lines
Ordering new phone lines is made very easy through our reseller control panel. We can provide you with a full
portfolio of single and multi-line PSTN, ISDN2 and ISDN 30 lines. The installations and on-site support are
carried out by Openreach, a carrier independent organisation setup to support all telecom providers. All phone
lines supplied by automatically have calls routed through our network.
The lines we supply are purchased through and supported by the carrier independent organisation Openreach using their latest WLR3 platform. It is our intention to provide you access to as many automated features and facilities from the interfaces we have access to putting yourself in control. |

Edit & Change Lines, Features & Locations
There are literally hundreds of options associated with each line type. Whether this be common solutions
such as call diversion or caller display, through to more complex solutions involving DDI numbers or engineer
re-wiring, we can provide this in the same manner that BT or any other firm can. As a reseller you can be

Simultaneous Broadband
Single PSTN lines can support ADSL broadband. With new installations we can provide you with the ability to
activate broadband on the same day as the line is being installed. This can save time and money, as without
this broadband provisions may be delayed by an additional week. |

Tariff Management
As with carrier pre-select we provide a tariff management platform to aid you with charging your clients. We
provide you with wholesale rates for the line rental, although unlike with CPS we don't invoice you for a
percentage of the profits - any profits you can generate are all yours. Our statements page shows you at a
glance a breakdown of a customers associated lines and any bespoke tariffs you have setup. |

Telecom Tariff Management
We remove the complications and high expenditure associated with running your own billing platform, and have replaced
such practices with a very easy to use platform that contains a range of powerful billing solutions. The wholesale prices
available to resellers are the same as those we get from our carriers, leaving you safe in the knowledge that you you can
compete with the very lowest rates on key destinations such as to UK mobile phones.
Tariffs & Statements
Simply put our control panel informs you what you need to invoice your clients for in accordance with the rates you
have set. Provide tariff management facilities for CPS, wholesale line rental, SMS and fax.
Setting Up and Applying a CPS Tariff
Creating a tariff to assign to a customer, or a group of customers could not be easier. To explain here are the three steps to setting one up:

1. Create a Tariff
Creating a tariff is initially consigned to picking a name to help identify it (eg for a specific customer you
could call it "Joe's Rates"), and applying a flat percentage increase for all destinations. The flat percentage
is applied to cut down your work load by preventing you deciding on hundreds of destination's rates, especially
when you know a particular customer is likely to call only a handful. Alongside the sample destinations we provide
you with BT Option 1 pricing, and our wholesale prices for reference to gauge a suitable percentage. |

2. Tweak Rates
Once the initial tariff has been created you now have the opportunity to apply tweaks to every destination to help with
providing your customer(s) with a competitive or bespoke tariff. This allows you to take into account market forces (eg
there is a very small margin available for calls made to mobile phones) as well as providing a more bespoke service (eg a
customer is known to call Australia a lot, therefore you can set, and compare you prices to our wholesale and standard BT
charges). If it helps you can download this in CSV format, edit each destination, and then upload in the same format. |

3. Apply Tariff
Once happy with the tariff you can apply it to as many customers as you like. You are still able to tweak the rates, and these
will be reflected next time a billing run is completed. Customers can review the tariff rates assigned to them via their control panels. |

IMPORTANT PRICING DETAILS
Our reseller pricing is made up of two parts. A subscription, and a profit
share solution. We have designed this system to be as fair as possible to our resellers and to allow them full access
to our own wholesale rates without applying a hidden surcharges to all destinations. Read the 'How it Works' tab for more details.
WHOLESALE CALLS, LINE RENTAL, BROADBAND, FAX AND SMS PRICING
We do not openly publish our wholesale prices on our website. If you would like
to access full details of our wholesale pricing and reseller facilities please contact us.
Profit Split (CPS Calls Only)
In addition to the subscription costs we employ a commission split policy
which ultimately sees resellers benefit from higher levels of profit. Resellers keep 80%
of the profit made on the calls their clients make. It is up to the
reseller to collect the monies owed, and ICUK will invoice
you our wholesale charges for those calls, plus the 20% of the gross
profit you have made that month from CPS phone calls.
Profit split only applies to CPS services and doesn't include WLR, ADSL or SMS services
Credit Checks
Owing to the credit risks associated with wholesale phone calls and line rental it is now mandatory for credit checks to be completed. We will need ID to be provided and a deposit may be required. The size of the deposit will be keep as small as possible, and is variable depending on the credit checks we complete.
