Through your reseller control panel you can fully manage these servers. Aspects such as issuing root passwords, and remote power cycles (should a server become unresponsive).

Dedicated Server Control Panel

We are in the process of developing a new control panel for use with these dedicated servers. The control panel means that you can setup and manage a server without having any prior technical knowledge of how to setup and secure such a machine. However, should you so wish, you can choose to install any off-the-shelf control panel solution on the market.
