Live Service Status

ICUK believes in a policy of honesty with all our resellers. Included in your control panel, and that of your clients, is a live status feed showing all aspects of our service. Notifications of maintainence, or any known issues will be displayed to you in real-time along with notes from our engineers on the situation and estimated resolution times. Changes in status, day or night, will be notified to all engineers via email and SMS for an immediate response.

SMS SERVICE STATUS UPDATES - All resellers are able to receive automatic updates to any service affecting issues via SMS text messaging wherever you are to keep you best informed of any problems. This is provided completely free of charge to all resellers.

We are aware of a fault currently affecting our mail and FTP platforms. Engineers are working to address this as quickly as possible. We will place any updates here as soon as we have them.

UPDATE 08:00

POP3 and IMAP mail usage is now fully restored. We are continuing to look into problems affecting spam filtering customers.

UPDATE 08:10

FTP access has now been restored.

UPDATE 09:30

We apologise for the continued problems affecting the spam filtering clusters. Our network team are working to address this as quickly as possible. Email will be delivered just as soon as the problem has been addressed.

UPDATE 10:45

Normal service will now resume. The problem has been isolated to a switch in the data centre. Queued email will start to be delivered and processed. We sincerely apologise for the discruption caused this morning. A full investigation is now taking place.

Please note that emails may take upto an hour to be delivered. We are processing the queued emails as quickly as possible.
