or functionality compared to the industry standard of BT Retail.

As well as the ability to simply take over the supply of phone calls resellers are now able to install
or transfer line rental operations. Such solutions can lead to resellers offering a one-bill solution
for customer and applying minimum contract terms.

Included in the cost of the telecom reseller solution is access
to our highly powerful wholesale xDSL platform. ADSL and SDSL

SMS Reseller
Our bulk SMS solutions provide individuals and businesses with a means to not only save
money on their SMS text messaging costs, but to provide a convenient way of communicating
with friends or clients. This is run on a pre-pay basis limiting your exposure to bad-debt
or abuse.

In July 2002, the UK Government launched a further stage in the deregulation of
the UK telecommunications industry by introducing a new phone service called Carrier
Pre-Selection (CPS). The deregulation meant that providers such as ICUK could supply
the same services as BT without the loss of service or having to change phone numbers.
Using our service calls can be made in the same way you always have done. There is no
need to install any new equipment, or dial any prefix numbers.
When designing this reseller platform we have not only gone to extreme lengths to simplify
telecom solutions for resellers and their customers, but have cut down the expense of operating
such an organisation. Unlike other reseller platforms which simply apply their own profit
percentage to the wholesale costs, we operate very differently by empowering and trusting
resellers with our own wholesale rates!
In addition to this we have provided them all with access to our own billing platform allowing
you to offer you clients customised tariffs specific to their needs, as well as online access to
itemised calls. Resellers no longer need to subscribe and use third party billing platforms which
easy cost in the region of £300-500 per month for the smallest of operators.

With many myths surrounding the moving of calls away from other providers such as BT here
is a quick summary to dispell them.

Keep the Same Phone Number
One of the myths associated to moving away from BT is that you will lose your phone number.
This is simply not the case. The only difference to you will be your phone call charges will
be billed by us, and routed through our tier 1 networks. If you do not transfer the line
rental from their existing provider then they will continue to receive separate invoices
from their line provider.

Keep Existing BT Services Such as 1571 & 1471
All the services you have become familiar with such as 1471, 1571, and call divert are associated
with the line itself, as opposed to CPS. As such if you are simply re-routing calls through your
reseller platform then these services will not be affected. For those resellers taking advantage
of our wholesale line rental solutions you can continue to offer these facilities and many more
additional services!

Invoice Your Own Customers
Our Reseller solutions have been designed to make it as easy as possible to understand, manage and run your own telecom
customers. In accordance with the tariffs you assign to customers our panels are capable of providing you with full
itemised call listings. Our statements clearly show the amount you need to invoice your customers for. This can be as
simple as a paper or electronic invoice stating the call charge amount. You can use the same invoice to charge for any
additional services they have purchased from you - which goes to highlight how simple a one-bill situation can be
achieved. It is your responsibility to collect payments from these customers.

High Quality Calls
We don't pretend to be the cheapest in the market, instead we prefer to be able to keep our staff in the UK, and use high
quality carriers. All phone calls are answered within a few rings, and emails answered in minutes ensuring the high quality
of calls are backed up by a first class level of service.

We Avoid Short-Term Gimmicks
We are not a supplier of so-called "unlimited calls" simply because such services are unsustainable and would force
the introduction of long-term contracts which we wish to avoid. Such solutions are orientated towards the residential market
place, but resellers can do equally well in the less populated market of business telephony where the number of calls are
far greater, and building longer terms relationships is in both yours and the clients interest.

We don't operate any form of long-term commitment contracts, or any hidden connection charges. We operate a completely open
policy with our users with all prices being openly published within your control panels, and those of your clients.

Itemised Billing & Control Panel
All invoices and itemised bills are available for download at anytime, from any place, using our own in-house designed control
panel. We operate a paperless office and are proud of our achievements. The fact the system has been designed in-house and not reliant
on any third party billing software is that we can design and develop features that our customers would like to see, giving
us an unrivalled flexibility.
Such facilties can be provided to your clients via their own control panels. You do have the ability to switch such services
on and off if you rather they didn't have access to them, or you wished to provide them at an additional extra charge considering
how powerful they can be.

Call Interrogation
Our entire billing platform has been designed in-house. We wanted
to not only make it simple and easy for resellers and clients
to understand and use, but we also wanted to include some
very powerful tools which haven't been available to customers
who are used to receiving paper bills. Our search facilities
allow you to find out details about all the lines you manage
to minute degrees of information within a couple of clicks

Call Statistics
Allows resellers and their clients access to a range of graphical
statistics which helps give an insight into how each phone
number is used. Details such as the most called numbers,
longest call durations, and the most expensive calls are
highlighted. This is provided at no extra cost but its access

No Outsourced Call Centers
All calls are handled by our own staff based in London. There
are no premium rate numbers or 'press 2 for' options to get
through to someone. Emails received are normally answered
within minutes such is the unique way ICUK is structured
empowering all staff regardless of the type of question they
are asked.

We remove the complications and high expenditure associated with running your own billing platform, and have replaced
such practices with a very easy to use platform that contains a range of powerful billing solutions. The wholesale prices
available to resellers are the same as those we get from our carriers, leaving you safe in the knowledge that you you can
compete with the very lowest rates on key destinations such as to UK mobile phones.
Setting Up and Applying a Tariff
Creating a tariff to assign to a customer, or a group of customers could not be easier. To explain here are the three steps to setting one up:

Create a Tariff
Creating a tariff is initially consigned to picking a name to help identify it (eg for a specific customer you
could call it "Joe's Rates"), and applying a flat percentage increase for all destinations. The flat percentage
is applied to cut down your work load by preventing you deciding on hundreds of destination's rates, especially
when you know a particular customer is likely to call only a handful. Alongside the sample destinations we provide
you with BT Option 1 pricing, and our wholesale prices for reference to gauge a suitable percentage.

Tweak Rates
Once the initial tariff has been created you now have the opportunity to apply tweaks to every destination to help with
providing your customer(s) with a competitive or bespoke tariff. This allows you to take into account market forces (eg
there is a very small margin available for calls made to mobile phones) as well as providing a more bespoke service (eg a
customer is known to call Australia a lot, therefore you can set, and compare you prices to our wholesale and standard BT
charges). If it helps you can download this in CSV format, edit each destination, and then upload in the same format.

Apply Tariff
Once happy with the tariff you can apply it to as many customers as you like. You are still able to tweak the rates, and these
will be reflected next time a billing run is completed. Customers can review the tariff rates assigned to them via their control panels.

IMPORTANT PRICING DETAILS
Our reseller pricing is made up of two parts. A monthly
subscription, and a profit
share solution. We have designed this system to be
as fair as possible to our resellers and to allow them full access
to our own wholesale rates without applying a hidden surcharges
to all destinations.
Our telecom reseller platform gives you full access to our billing
systems to allow you to create tariffs, assign them to your customers,
and provide them with full itemised billing every month. It is then
up to you, the reseller, to invoice them for the amount shown, and
collect the owed amounts.

In addition to the subscription costs we employ a commission split policy
which ultimately sees resellers benefit from higher levels of profit. Resellers keep 80%
of the profit made on the calls their clients make. It is up to the
reseller to collect the monies owed, and ICUK will invoice
you our wholesale charges for those calls, plus the 20% of the gross
profit you have made that month. Profit split only applies to CPS services and doesn't
include WLR, ADSL or SMS.
