PSTN Lines
These lines are you traditional stand-alone lines featured in most house holds and small businesses. They are capable of supporting only one inbound or outbound call at a time, and are the only type of line to support broadband. As well as supplying the line itself we are also able to co-ordinate the installation of broadband as well if required.

ISDN 2
A 2 channel circuit that enables the user to have 2 simultaneous calls. You can order multiple ISDN 2 line to increase the capacity (e.g. two ISDN 2 lines give you 4 channels, three ISDN 2 lines give you 6 channels and so on...). You can have as many DDI numbers as you want on the line to give each member of staff an incoming telephone number but share the available capacity on the line.

ISDN 30
When more than 6 ISDN channels are required, ISDN 30 becomes a more cost-effective option. Each ISDN 30 line has a minimum order of 8 channels and a maximum of 30. If more than 30 channels are required, multiple ISDN 30 lines can be ordered. much like the ISDN 2 solutions as many DDI numbers can be supplied to meet your staff requirements. The ISDN 30 option is best suited to large organisations that require a multitude of simultaneous inbound and outbound calls to be made.
