ICUK Line Rental Solutions

To complement our talk solutions, we are able to provide new line rental installations to both business and residential premises. The installation is completed by Openreach (a BT Group company) who will be instructed by us to install and maintain the line. For customers with existing lines we are able to transfer these across to our our control and thus benefiting from ICUK's high standards of service.

We are able to provide a portfolio of PSTN, ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 lines each with their own customised options. Prices are comparable to industry levels, and in many cases we are cheaper than our competitors. Contract lengths are as low as 1 month to ensure you have the greatest level of flexibility.

As you would expect all new installations are assigned an engineer within ICUK to ensure you only have one point of contact regardless of the question. We can advise on installation dates and times, carry out diagnostic tests, and where necessary arrange for Openreach engineers to visit your premises to carry out any maintenance.

PSTN (Public Services Telephone Network)
Analogue PSTN lines are a cost effective telephony solution providing a reliable and high quality service suitable for residential and business customers. They are available as residential, business single and business multi-line (aux) options.

ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network)
Digital ISDN lines are particularly suitable for businesses requiring simultaneous inbound/outbound calling capability and are completely flexible, easily accommodating growth and changing requirements within an organisation. For example, an organisation with 30 staff who has the requirement for each staff member to have their own inbound telephone number to receive calls, may only require a 6 simultaneous call capacity at one time. ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 solutions are available and we can advise and quote depending on your requirements.
