ICUK Talk Solutions Control Panel - Version 6

Our control panel has been completely designed and developed inhouse. This not only allows us to develop features our customers really want, but gives us ultimate flexibility should needs change, or a problem arises. Most telecom companies rely on third party software to run their operations which can present problems further down the road when requested features cannot be introduced, or it simply doesn't allow the company to operate how it would ultimately like to - and thus it is a slave to the software. This is not our approach.

Below summarises how our control panel functions and highlights some of the key features:

Our control panels give you full control over the services you purchase from ICUK. Through our control panels you can not only gain access to your itemised calls on screen, but printable versions to print and keep safe, through to advanced facilties such as call interrogation to find out more about how your phone is used.

As the number of solutions you purchase from us grows, you won't need separate logins. Instead you just need the one control panel to manage them all.

 
Itemised Billing

View Itemised Bills
Customers can view all the calls made from your phone lines online. It clearly shows the time of day, the duration of the call, the number dialled, a simple description (eg London - 0207), and the cost.

Printable versions are also available through the control panel you should wish to keep a paper copy. To reduce costs and help the environment we run a paper free office environment and as such do not send out paper invoices or itemised bills.

 
Call Interrogation
Call Interrogation
As a ICUK customer you can narrow down the information provided using the following search terms:
  • Time of day
  • On a specific date
  • Between the dates of (eg 1st June and 9th July)
  • Dialled from a specific number (eg a specific line)
  • Number dialled (eg 0845 00 99 575)
  • Destination dialled (eg Bournemouth)
  • Call duration
  • Call cost

Essentially this presents you with the ability to produce extremely detailed and accurate information based on the criteria you enter into the system. This can easily help in identifying fraud, inappropriate use of the phone, or simply to assist in managing cost centres within an organisation.

Graphical Call Statistics
Our call statistics are designed to give you a quick reference into how your phone(s) are used. They can provide you with an easy to understand numberic and graphical interface providing instant information including:
  • Most Used CLIs (ideal for businesses with multiple lines)
  • Top 10 Most Called Numbers
  • Top 10 Longest Called Numbers
  • Top 10 Most Expensive Called Numbers
  • Destination Type Summary
  • Time of Day Summary

Much like the Call Interrogation facilities, the Call Statistics are provided for free to all ICUK customers.

 
Update Contact Information
Update Contact & Billing Information
Using your control panel you can update your contact and billing information at any time. Our preferred payment method is via credit / debit card. Large business accounts can be paid via BACS or Cheque if preferred.

We hope to have Direct Debit facilities in place by the end of the year.

Online Invoices
Our control panel allows you to view and print all invoices online. This not only is convenient for future reference and re-printing, it helps save costs and the environment. Any outstanding payment can be paid online using a credit and debit card.
