We only supply lines with monthly, not quarterly, billing.

When transferring a line rental to ICUK there is a small one-off charge applied to pay Openreach to complete the necessary work. As we don't apply long term contracts we have to pass this across to the customer.

When a new line is required we can arrange for an Openreach engineer to visit and install the line for you. We can even activate broadband on the same date.
